For Samsung and Imagination, a premier 10,000 square-foot showcase in New York’s Time Warner Center couldn’t be another electronics store. Rather than sell products, the environment encouraged exploration, relaxation and play. Interactive art, event programming and lifestyle vignettes built deeper connections with visitors, showcasing the power of digital convergence. As an early proof of concept, the Samsung Experience set the bar for experience marketing to come.
